This is Guv, He came to after feeling he was 'spinning his wheels' and fed up of feeling like he wasn't getting the progress he deserves from his hard work. 

We simply focused on making sure Guv placed his energy in the right areas.

He now trains less than before, but more effective & efficiently. structure to his eating, placing food where it needs to be in his day to manage the amount of food he needs to grow. Simply mastering the basics & 🚀

Agam, What a bloke! Agam came to me with the common problem i see all the time which is simply getting lost in a hectic, when i say hectic 🤯 i mean HECTIC life. 

Dad, Husband, Work, Night School, Family Man - he simply lost his way with training and nutrition.

We simply gave him a plan that worked around his bust life style, short sharp sessions in the gym. Small amounts of cardio, step count to meet and a vegetarian diet that he was super happy to follow 

 

This one is a case of structure and he was willing to graft! it hasn't been easy for him, he has removed excuses and replaced it with results!  

Here's Grant!

Grant came to me after the first lockdown having lost motivation, having been with a coach and not really enjoying the process to much. My main aim was just to inject the enjoyment into training and nutrition again. 

Fast forward and grant has now been on stage multiple times with KGT and his physique has just progressed week on week with his hard work and effort 

I just had to listen to what he hadnt enjoyed in the past and make sure he actually had a plan that suited him and gave him solid results along side it
